Single origin light roast (first crack) coffee. Roasted 24hrs prior to shipment. This fantastic honey processed coffee sits between dry and wet processing where the pulp is allowed the flavor from the mucilage (inner pulp) to add additional sweetness to the coffee. As another one of our favorites, this coffee has a natural vanilla and berry tone with a sweetness that is unmatched by other origins.
