Single origin light roast (first crack) coffee. Roasted 24hrs prior to shipment. This is honey processed coffee sits between dry and wet processing where the pulp is allowed the flavor from the mucilage (inner pulp) to add additional sweetness to the coffee. One of our favorites, this coffee has sweet blackberry, plum and grape jam accents.
